1 Introduction

6. You must not have a pre-existing account on the Platform. Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) active account. Multiple accounts created by the same individual are subject to closure and forfeiture of all balances.
7. You must not be self-excluded from the Platform or subject to any cooling-off period applied to your account.

4 Account Registration

When registering an account on inak918, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This information includes, but is not limited to, your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, and a contact number.

You warrant that all information submitted during and after registration is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. inak918 shall not be liable for any loss or adverse consequence arising from inaccurate information provided by a User. You are responsible for updating your account information promptly should any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any security credentials associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. In the event you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify inak918 support immediately via live chat or email.

Each User may maintain only one active account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, different devices, or different payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon detection, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and any balances, bonus funds, or pending withdrawals may be forfeited.

inak918 operates a mandatory KYC verification process. Users may be required to submit one or more of the following documents prior to making withdrawals or accessing certain Platform features:

• Valid Malaysian IC (MyKad), Driver's Licence, or Passport
• Proof of address dated within the last 90 days (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)

5 Terms of Use

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

inak918 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX online banking (including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect), and cryptocurrency (BTC and USDT). All accounts on inak918 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made via methods that process in other currencies will be converted to MYR at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction. No conversion fees are imposed by inak918, though Users should verify with their payment provider whether additional charges apply.

Withdrawal requests submitted to inak918 are processed in accordance with the following general timelines:

• E-walets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Typically 5–30 minutes after approval
• DuitNow Instant Transfer: Typically instant to10 minutes after approval
• FPX / Bank Transfer: Typically 30minutes to 3 business hours after approval
• Cryptocurrency: Typically 10–60 minutes depending on network conditions

Processing times are estimates only. Actual times may vary. inak918 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• The User's KYC verification must be complete and approved
• All active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be met in full
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed any applicable daily, weekly, or monthly limits
• The User's account must be in good standing with no open security or fraud investigations
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the inak918 account

inak918 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect potentially fraudulent transactions. Where a deposit or withdrawal is flaged for review, inak918 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on the relevant account and request supporting documentation. Accounts confirmed to have engaged in fraudulent payment activity will be permanently suspended and the matter referred to relevant authorities.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

inak918 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to Users. All bonuses are subject to the general terms in this section as well as any specific terms communicated with each individual offer.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses awarded by inak918 are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated in the relevant promotional terms. Users should note that not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements — slot games typically contribute100%, while table games may contribute 10%–20%.

While a bonus is active on your account, you may not place bets exceding the maximum bet limit specified in the promotion terms (typically betweenRM250 and RM500per round or bet). Placing bets above this threshold while a bonus is active constitutes misuse and may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of credit, unless otherwise stated. If the applicable wagering requirement is not met within the bonus expiry period, the bonus and any winings attributable to it will be automatically forfeited without further notice.

Only one bonus promotion may be active on a User's account at any given time, unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise. Bonus stacking is not permitted.

inak918 reserves the right to withold, forfeit, or claw back any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using betting patterns designed to circumvent bonus terms (such as arbitrage betting or low-risk hedging strategies exclusively using bonus funds), or coluding with other Users in relation to bonus-funded play.

8 Responsible Gambling

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or at any other time
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the Platform

10 Intellectual Property

Such content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any Services provided by inak918 shall first be submitted to inak918 support for resolution via the internal complaints procedure described below.
